Dr. Latoya Parker is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina and has two beautiful children Shalise and Shamar. She is a fourth generation Golden Bull as a graduate from E. E. Smith High School. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology, a Masters degree in Education, and a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Fayetteville State University.

Dr. Parker has over 26 years of experience as a cheerleader, cheer coach, and cheerleading safety judge. She has work for 3 national Cheerleading companies and has traveled the United States as a Dance & Cheerleading choreographer since 1996.

She has over 16 years of dedication & experience in education, which includes teaching, leadership roles, speaking engagements, training educators, and consulting with families & schools for student improvement.

Dr. Parker crossed Spring 2004 at Fayetteville State University and is currently a proud member of The Omega Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She is also a member of Pi Lambda Theta Doctoral Honor Society. She is currently the Chief Academic Officer & founder of INNERGY Educational Consulting Company, LLC. She consults with individuals, athletes, students, churches, and community organizations to spread peace education for improved mental health and personal growth.
