The INNERGY personal development curriculum was developed after a listening tour in the city of Fayetteville for an untapped angle to combating student violence in her city.  Dr. Parker's work is influenced by Sociology, Psychology, Peace Education, and research are aligned with The international, National, and State Peace and "Whole-Child" Approaches. Combining 26 years of Cheerleading and 17 years of educational experience, this personalized system is intended to be a beginning guide 
toward improved self-awareness and quality of life with the power of a structured inner peace system. This is my hard work, intellectual property, and a small contribution to the field of educational leadership. Serving students,
